Do you make custom products?
We make custom products with pleasure. We can create any projects that can be manufactured with marbles.
When will I receive my order?
Depending on the item you purchase and where it will be sent to delivery time will vary. If your order is in stock, it will be made ready to ship in within 2-4 days. After dispatching, it takes 3-10 days to receive. However, if you want a custom product, preparation time varies depending on your order details. You can always contact me about your questions.
How can I track my order?
You will get a tracking number related to your order via email after it has been dispatched. You can track your order from DHL's official website. You will be informed by the shipping company.
Do you accept returns?
We do not accept returns for custom made products. We accept returns 14 days after your purchase only for in stock products. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Although we give our best for you to have a great shopping experience by preparing solid crates special to your order's dimensions, unfortunately, such incidents can happen, albeit rarely, due to reasons beyond our scope, but don't worry. We insure each item.
